Welcome to volunteering with Team Mount Beauty! We are grateful to all our hard working volunteers and we wouldn’t be able to exist without you.
We have lots of different ways you can help the club such as club admin, trail work, events and special projects – see below for more information.

All of our volunteers are valued and we thank them with event meals, coffees, shuttle days, club BBQs and other freebies and if wanted they even get hugs.
Club committee
Team Mount Beauty is an incorporated club run by a committee of volunteers.
Trails working group
Trail maintenance, creation, planning and mapping is coordinated by the Trails working group.
Events working group
The club hosts and organises several major events each year, coordinating everything from permissions, insurances, contractors, equipment, registration system, timing system, through to event day coordination, and post-event tidy-up, debrief etc.
Volunteering at club events
Our club events are successful thanks to the help of many generous volunteers.
Juniors Working Group
The club runs Gravel Groms – a juniors program – through the warmer months.
Special project group – Pump track
The club has received funding to design and build a pump track!
Special project group – Kids track
The club has received funding to create a purpose built kids track!
Coordinating working bees
Club working bees might focus on preparing for an event, a special project, trail maintenance or general maintenance.

The club maintains this website for the benefit of club members, park users and event participants.
